WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS & COST?

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:

  • Domestic shipping via DHL delivery time (1/2 business days) from package dispatch time. 
  • International shipping via DHL delivery time (3/5 business days) from package dispatch. 

SHIPPING RATES:

  • Free shipping via DHL on orders over R3000 in South Africa
  • Orders under R3000 will ship by DHL for R150/$10 to Johannesburg & Pretoria. Shipping to the rest of South Africa (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London) will be charged at R210/$14
  • Free shipping to Africa via DHL on orders over R5000. Order below this amount will ship by DHL for R290/$20
  • Free shipping by DHL to Europe for orders over R5500 orders below this amount will ship by DHL for R310/$22
  • Free shipping via DHL to Asia on orders over R8000. Orders below this amount will ship via DHL for R410/$29
  • Free shipping via DHL to South America on orders over R10,000. Orders below this amount will ship via DHL for R450/$30.
  • Free shipping via DHL to Australia & Oceania on orders over R10,000. Orders below this amount will ship via DHL for R450/$30.
  • Free shipping via DHL to North America on orders over R8000. Orders below this amount will ship via DHL for R370/$26.
  • Free shipping via DHL to South America on orders over R10,000. Orders below this amount will ship via DHL for R450/$30.
  • Free shipping via DHL to Central America on orders over R10,000. Orders below this amount will ship via DHL for R450/$30.

While we use the most reliable courier company to ensure that your product reach you safely in an excellent condition on time, we’re not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur by courier from dispatch time. 

CUSTOM IMPORT TAX: 

Custom import Taxes is a tax that is charged when your parcel reaches the destination country.

You may be required to pay CITin order to receive your parcel.

Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely. All parcels are shipped via a registered and trackable service. You'll be able to track its journey from our studio to your home or workplace.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We are based in South Africa and we ship worldwide. Some countries may take a little longer for delivery and custom clearances so please contact us if you have any questions.

TIMEFRAMES FOR CUSTOM MADE

Modifications to designs can be made to suit your hairstyle or wedding dress. Timeframes and costs for custom variations will need to be discussed and quotes agreed upon before ordering. Timeframes will depend on the changes requested and the urgency of your wedding date.

IN A RUSH?

If your order is time critical, please contact us with your urgent date before you submit your order and we can confirm timeframes. A rush service may be available for a fee.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose your pieces carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind due to the delicate nature of each item. Great care is taken to ensure that all items listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible to show the intricate details and colours of each piece. Please ensure you read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours.  If you aren't sure whether a piece will match your gown or hairstyle, please get in touch with any styling or general questions and we will happily assist.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom requests.

FAULTS

We have a fierce attention to detail and quality check every item multiple times before shipment. We take great pride in our work and we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged safely and shipped via a registered and trackable shipping service. But we also understand sometimes we get things wrong and will happily repair or replace an item that arrives damaged.
